William M. BROWNING 
William M. was born in 1829. William M.'s father was Charles Dabney BROWNING and his mother was Rebecca MOORE. His paternal grandparents were Lieutenant John BROWNING Sr. and Betty (Betty). He had three brothers and a sister, named James Lewis, Charles F., John Lloyd and Angelina. He was the third oldest of the five children. He had two half-sisters named Sarah Ann and Mary Frances.-
