William Lloyd BROWNING Sr. 
William Lloyd was born in 1741 in Orange Co., VA.. William Lloyd's father was Frank (Frank) III and his mother was Frances Eman Norman. His maternal grandparents were Isaac Norman and Frances C. Courtney. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Shadrach, James, Charles H., James, John, Reuben, Isaac Norman, Francis, Sarah Frances, Betsey and Mollie. He died at the age of 91 on July 15th, 1832 in Rappahannock Co., VA.. He was buried in Prob. Virginia.General Notes
