William BROWNING

William was born in September 1889 in Illinois. William's father was William BROWNING and his mother was Sarah E. SNIDER. His paternal grandparents were Oliver BROWNING and Mary Jane RHODES. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John, Valley, Nellie, Sarah A., Hazel and Mary E.. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
