William Aston

William was born in 1498 in Ashtede, Surrey, England.¹ William's father was John Aston and his mother was Joan Littleton. His paternal grandparents were John Aston and Elizabeth Delves. He had a brother and four sisters, named Edward, Helen, Anne, Elizabeth and Isabella. He was the second oldest of the six children.
