Edyth Elizabeth was born on January 30th, 1913 in Texarkana, Bowie Co, Texas, USA. Edyth Elizabeth's father was Edgar Kirby Akin and her mother was Gattia Parker. Her paternal grandparents were Collin McKinney Akin Jr and Rachel Elizabeth (Dove) Kirby. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Edgar Kirby, Clarence McKinney, Huel Parker, Oliver Lawrence, Madeline and Ruby Catherine. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 87 on April 4th, 2000 in Texarkana, Bowie Co, Texas, USA. She was buried in Moore's Chapel (Northwood) Cemetery, Texarkana, Bowie Co, Texas.-
