David Rice Akin 
David Rice was born on September 29th, 1861 in Hardinsburg, Breckenridge Co, Kentucky, USA. David Rice's father was Samuel David Akin and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Kinchloe. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Akin and Susannah Rice. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John Edwin, Joseph William, Clara Reno, Mary Blair and Jessie Blair. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 78 in 1939 in Fouke, Miller Co, Arkansas, USA.-
