Roger L. Rowell

Roger L. was born on March 27th, 1957 in OK. Roger L.'s father was Thomas Jackson Rowell and his mother was Nora Vern Pace. His paternal grandparents were James Delany Rowell and Alice Lecy Simpson. He had a sister named Mary Alice. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 43 on March 10th, 2001 in Lapwai, Nez Perce Co, ID.
