Frances L. Roberts

Frances L. was born in 1867 in Robertson Co, TN.¹ Frances L.'s father was James E. Roberts and her mother was Julia E. Green. Her paternal grandparents were Jesse Roberts and Elizabeth Williams. She had a brother and a sister, named Jessie Joseph 'Joe' and Mittie Etolie. She was the oldest of the three children.¹
