James Ebern Kirksey

James Ebern was born on August 17th, 1898.¹ James Ebern's father was Marshall Alexander Kirksey and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth Cary. His maternal grandparents were William W. Cary and Sarah Martha Georgia Ann Johnson. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Henry, Oliver Columbus, John Marshall, Isaac Jasper, Alice Victoria, Josie A. and Lucy Jane. He was the youngest of the eight children.
