Kenneth M. Higgs

Kenneth M. was born on July 24th, 1940. Kenneth M.'s father was Melvin William Higgs and his mother was Lucille Swift. His paternal grandparents were John Melvin Higgs and Mary Carrie Worthington. He was an only child. He died at the age of 60 on June 18th, 2001 in Albuquerque, Bernalillo Co, NM. He was buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Northampton Co, VA.
