Stephen Cockriel

Stephen was born in 1839 in Grayson Co, KY. Stephen's father was Andrew Jackson Cockriel and his mother was Mary Sirles. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Sirles and Martha Roberts. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, George Washington, Thomas C., John W., Margaret, Lucinda, Martha, Rebecca and Mary J.. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 61 in 1900 in Spencer Co, IN.
