Verlie Birdwell

Verlie was born in 1918 in TN.¹ Verlie's father was James G. Blain Birdwell and her mother was Ludie May Cary. Her maternal grandparents were James Benjamin Cary and Eliza Ann Kirksey. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Clint, James Priestly, Julian, Beulah, Beatrice, Dessie Ann, Littie M., Bessie and Crisie.
