Hardy Waters 
Hardy was born on April 23rd, 1853 in Screven Co., GA.1 Hardy's father was Henry B. Waters and his mother was Clarissa Parker. His paternal grandparents were Michael Waters and Elizabeth Pengree; his maternal grandparents were James Parker and Elizabeth Sasser. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Unknown, James, Michael, John, Henry J., Green, Elizabeth, Martha Jane, Tabitha Amanda, Susan O. and Louisa. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 78 on December 20th, 1931.1 General Notes
