Eugene was born in 1836 in Highland Falls, NY.1 Eugene's father was Elijah Christian Vought and his mother was Mary Haight. His paternal grandparents were Joeseph C Vought and Millie Conklin. He had two brothers named Joseph Henry and Theodore. He died at the age of 77 on October 3rd, 1913 in Cornwall, NY.1 -
