Samuel Swann 
Samuel was born on October 31st, 1704 in NC.1 Samuel's father was Samuel Swann and his mother was Elizabeth Lillington. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Swann and Sarah Cod; his maternal grandparents were Alexander Lillington and Sarah James. He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Elizabeth and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the four children. He had six half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Samuel, William, Samuel, Sampson, Henry, Thomas, Sarah and Sarah. He died at the age of 69 in March 1774 in The Oaks, Cape Fear River, NC.1 General Notes
