Rachel Permelia Sneeden 
Rachel Permelia was born on August 6th, 1824 in Binghamton, Broome, NY.1 Rachel Permelia's father was Benjamin Sneeden and her mother was Philinda Dodge. Her paternal grandparents were Abraham Sneden and Catherine Knapp; her maternal grandparents were Isaac Dodge and Eunice Wilson. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Edmond, Joseph, Herman W., Christina and Julella. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 87 on November 15th, 1911.1 -
