Frank Mason Phelps 
Frank Mason was born on September 12th, 1870 in Trempealeau, Wisconsin. Frank Mason's father was Darius Bullock Phelps and his mother was Prudence Dickerson. His paternal grandparents were Jared Phelps and Eliza Hacket. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Dudley G., Darius B. and Dorcas Eliza. He died at the age of 58 in May 1929 in Minneapolis, Minneasota.-
