Jane was born on November 22nd, 1812 in Willey, Warwickshire, England.1   Jane's father was John Gilbert and her mother was Jane. She had a brother and four sisters, named John, Susannah, Ann, Elizabeth and Ruth.  She died at the age of 83 on December 24th, 1895 in Bracknell, Berkshire, England.1
