Roxie Anne was born on January 3rd, 1842 in Screven Co., GA.1 Roxie Anne's father was Thomas Parker and her mother was Mary Waters. Her paternal grandparents were James Parker and Elizabeth Sasser. She had three brothers and six sisters, named William Henry, Joseph Lawrence, John Thomas, Elizabeth, Sophia, Virginia, Martha, Sarah I. and Mary Louise. She was the third oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 83 on February 21st, 1925 in Screven Co., GA.1 General Notes
