George was born on January 10th, 1891 in Oklahoma.1   George's father was George Washington Neale and his mother was Orranah Deese. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Roma Preston, Samuel, William Kice, Bruce, Shade, Lovvie Minnie, Bertha and Zimri.1
