Harriet U Kneeland

Harriet U was born on August 29th, 1842 in New York.¹ Harriet U's father was Silas Kneeland and his mother was Ara Brown. His paternal grandparents were Oliver Kneeland and Betsey Baldwin. He had three brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Levi Brown, Samuel Otis, Horace P, Mary Anne, Sarah A, Martha A, Samantha A and Quartus. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 19 on April 4th, 1862.¹
