Henry was born on July 8th, 1707.1   Henry's father was William King and his mother was Hannah Cook.  His paternal grandparents were John King and Elizabeth Goldthwaite; his maternal grandparents were Walter Cook and Catherine. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William, Isaac, Lydia, Mehitable, Abigail, Hannah and Hannah.1
