Byron Huyck

Byron was born on December 18th, 1873 in Dekalb, Indiana.¹ Byron's father was John Teed Huyck and his mother was Mary Jane Jefferds. His paternal grandparents were John T. Huyck and Lucinda Basil; his maternal grandparents were James W. Jefferds and Jane Ann Day. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Charles Leroy, Unknown, Earl M., Earnest, Bertha Jane, Pearl, Mary Mable, Eva E. and Lisle. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at 2 months old on February 20th, 1874 in Dekalb, Indiana.¹
