Angus Gilchrist

Angus was born in 1773.¹   Angus' father was John Gilchrist and his mother was Effie McMillan.  His maternal grandparents were Gilbert McMillan and Christian. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Archibald, Maclolm, Gilbert, John, Mary, Margaret, Flora and Linlie.  He was the second oldest of the nine children. He had a half-sister named Effie.  He died at the age of 61 on October 2nd, 1834.¹
