James Harvey Gann 
James Harvey was born on November 1st, 1843 in Livingston Co., MO.1 James Harvey's father was Nathan Gann and his mother was Serena Frazier. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Adam C., Henry, Nicholas, Howard, Samuel B., Thomas J., Ananias, Matilda, Lucinda, Elizabeth and Rebecca Ann. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died due to Intestinal nephritis (chronic) at the age of 75 on September 26th, 1919 in Trenton, Grundy, MO. He was buried on September 29th, 1919 in Sampsell, MO.1 1 General Notes

JAMES GANN DEAD
James Gann, an aged resident of Trenton, died at his home at 6 o'clock Thursday evening of dropsy. He had been sick for almost a year and was confined for the greater part of the time to his chair in which he died.
The funeral services will be held this (Saturday) evening at 8 o'clock at the home of his son, John Gann, at Nineteenth & Cedar streets.
The body will be taken Sunday to Sampsel, Mo. The funeral services will be conducted by Rev. J.H. Harvey.
