Roxie was born on January 18th, 1904 in Saratoga, Wyoming.1   Roxie's father was Jesse D. Fouts and her mother was Nellie Roland.  Her maternal grandparents were Isaiah Roland and Mary Jones. She had a brother named Rollo. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named George, Armina and Dorothy.  She died at the age of 78 on January 23rd, 1982 in Columbus, Nebraska.1
