Sarah was born in 1682.1   Sarah's father was John Doud and her mother was Hannah Sellman.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Doude and Elizabeth. She had a brother named Cornelius. She had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named David, Abraham, Isaac, Ebenezer, John, Jacob, Mary, Hannah and Elizabeth.1
