Thomas was born about 1692 in Westfield, Hampden, MA.1 Thomas' father was Jedediah Dewey and his mother was Sarah Orton. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Dewey and Frances Drake; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Orton and Margaret Paul Or Pall. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Jedidiah, Joseph, James, Daniel, Sarah, Abigail, Mary, Margaret and Hannah. He died on March 15th, 1758 in Westfield, Hampden, MA.2 General Notes
