Seth Dewey

Seth was born in 1823 in Sullivan , Tioga Co., PA.¹ Seth's father was Joseph Dewey and his mother was Rebecca. His paternal grandparents were Josiah Dewey and Hannah Babcock. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Josiah, Lester, Edwin, Elvira and Ann. He was the second youngest of the six children.¹
