will dated 28 Mar 1678.: My estate I dispose of as followeth: I will that all those debts I owe in right or conscience....be payd out of my Estate. My Fourteen acres of Land in the great meadow & 30 acres in the West field I give unto my son Robert Foote & to his heirs forever, prohibiting him the sale of the same, he paying for these lands L.45, to be payd; to the children of my daughter Sarah Judson Deceased, L.9/00/00; & to my 4 daughters, vix, my daughter Churchill, my daughter Goodrich, my daughter Barnard, and my daughter Smith, to each of them Nine Pounds a piece. I give unto my son Nathaniel Foote, eldest son, and his brother, 11 pounds, and to their children: to Daniel 40 shillings and to Elizabeth four pounds, which Legacies, both the eleven pound, four shillings, and four pounds, shall be payd out of the money Nathaniel Graves owes me by Bill. I give....to my grandson Joh Studder half my great lot....and the other half of sayd lot I give unto my grandsons Joseph & Benjamin Churchill...The remainder of my Estate shall be divided into 5 parts; one to my daughter Judson's children...;to my daughter Churchill & her children...; my daughter Goodrich and her children; to my daughter Barnard and her children; to my daughter Smith and her children; it is my will that what i give my 4 daughters whall be wholly at their dispose, to dispose among their children as they see good. I do nominate & appoint my well beloved Capt. Joh Allin to be Executor, and my beloved brother Mr. John Demin sen., and my grand son Henry Buck to be the desired overseers of this my will; and as a token of my respect to them, I give them thirty shillings a piece out of my Estate; and for the confirmation of the premises I have hereunto set my hand this 28 day of March 1678.
Memorandum: It is my will that the 9 pounds apice I give my 4 daughters' heirs, & the fifth part of my Estate I give them, shall be divided among the children of each of them, the one half of it immediately after my decease.

Memorandum: I give to my grandson Nathll ffoott, the Eldest son of my son Nathll, the one halfe of my 14 acres of meadow, and one half of my 30 acres of upland.....he paying one half of the legacys which were to be paid my son Robt had he lived to possess ye sd. Land. My will is that part of ye eleven pounds which I formerly willed to sd. Nathaniel, grandson & his brother, which belonged to him by will, shall be equally distributed between my four daughters above mentioned. And for the confirmation of the prmisis I have hereunto set my hand this 16th day of Aug 1682. Memorandum. All rents of Land due to me I will to be divided equally amongst my four forementioned daughters and their heirs.
