John Boyer 
John was born about 1821 in Holmes, Ohio.1 John's father was John Boyer and his mother was Margaret Drushel. His paternal grandparents were William Boyer and Katharine; his maternal grandparents were John Drushel and Katharine Mowry. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Jonathan, William, Elizabeth, Katherine and Mary. He was the third youngest of the six children.1 General Notes
