Aaron was born on December 25th, 1712 in Goshen, PA.1   Aaron's father was George Ashbridge and his mother was Mary Malin.  His maternal grandfather was Randall Malin. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John, George, Jonathan, Joseph, Elizabeth, Mary, Phoebe, Lydia and Hannah.1
