Karl Prinz von Hessen

Karl Prinz was born in 1809. Karl Prinz's father was Ludwig II von Hessen und dem Rhein and his mother was Wilhelmina von Baden. His paternal grandparents were Ludwig I Landgraf von Hessen-Darmstadt and Louise von Hessen-Darmstadt. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Ludwig III Grand Duke, Alexander von Hessen and the, Elisabeth and Marie. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 68 in 1877.
