George was born about 1734 in Edgecombe County, NC.1 George's father was Samuel Williams and his mother was Jane Braswell. His paternal grandparents were George Williams and ? Moore; his maternal grandparents were Richard Braswell and Sarah. He had four brothers and a sister, named William, Jacob, Sampson, Samuel and Creese Lucretia. He died on July 19th, 1758 in Edgecombe County, NC.1 -
