Waugh

Waugh was born on August 28th, 1886 in Arbuckle, Mason, WV.¹   Waugh's father was William A Waugh and his mother was Sarah Margaret. He had a brother and five sisters, named Joseph, Amanda E., Waugh, Waugh, Julia Ann and Sarah.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.¹
