Ralph De was born about 1029 in Of, Flamsted, Herefordshire, England.1   Ralph De's father was Roger "The Spainiard" De Toeni (Conches) and his mother was Godeheut (Godehilde) Borrell.  His paternal grandparents were Ralph II (Rodulf) Seigneur De Toeni and Mrs-Ralph (Rodulf) De Toeni. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Elbert, Elinant, Robert, Helbert (Elbert), Gazon, Eliant (Eliance), Robert, Mr. and Alice (Adelise).  He was the third oldest of the ten children.  He died on March 24th, 1102.1
