Daniel was born about 1576 in Ashford, Kent, England.1 Daniel's father was Peter Stanley and his mother was Joane Masterson. His maternal grandparents were Richard Masterson and Joane Bechyng. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Nathaniel, Timothy, Thomas, Susannah, Tabitha and Priscilla.1 -
