Anna Thomas was born on July 13th, 1850 in Madison, Morgan County, Georgia, USA.1 Anna Thomas' father was Charles Wilhelm Richter and her mother was Anne Eliza Potter. Her paternal grandparents were Carl Wilhelm Richter and Anna Mariah Hollweck; her maternal grandparents were Arthur Potter and Margaret White. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Charles William, Arthur Potter, Martin Luther, John Clarke, Anna Mariah, Fannie and Sara Caroline. She was the youngest of the eight children.1 -
