Richard Phelps 
Richard was born on December 26th, 1609 in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, England.1 Richard's father was William Phelps. His paternal grandfather was James Phelps. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, William, James, George, Mary, Mary (Marie), Elizabeth and Dorothy. Richard is no longer alive.1
