Joan Hungerford 
Joan was born about 1411 in Of, Farley, HUNGERFORD, Somersetshire.1 Joan's father was Walter Hungerford and her mother was Katherine Peverell. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Hungerford and Eleanor Strug; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Peverell and Margaret Courtenay. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Walter, Edmund, Robert, William, Elizabeth and Margaret (Mary). She was the third youngest of the eight children.1 -
