Jakobus Hummel

Jakobus was born on July 29th, 1584 in Reutlingen.¹   Jakobus' father was Georg Hummel and his mother was Katharina Enhslerin. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named Georgicus, Georgicus, Margarethe, Lucia, Lucia, Katharina, Maria, Barbara, Lucia and Anna.  He was the oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 77 on February 16th, 1662 in Reutlingen.¹
