Della was born on June 27th, 1884 in Ellis Co. TX.1 Della's father was George Thomas Hopkins and her mother was Elvira Elizabeth Lusk. Her maternal grandparents were Dee Hamilton Lusk and Elizabeth Overton. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Joe D., Frank L., Emma Ernestine, Baby Daughter, Allie, Margaret and Ada Francis. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died in Albuquerque, NM Buried Mountainair, NM.1 -
