George Green Higginbotham 
George Green was born in July 1791 in Amherst County, VA.1 George Green's father was Samuel Higginbotham and his mother was Jane Satterwhite. His paternal grandparents were Aaron Higginbotham and Clara Graves. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John Satterwhite, Joseph, Aaron, Ann, Viletta and Bleckley. He died at the age of 67 in May 1859 in Green County, AL.1 -
