His paternal grandfather was Gilbert Count von Brionne; his maternal grandparents were Walter Giffard and Ermentrude Fleitel. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Gilbert FitzRichard, Roger FitzRichard, Richard FitzRichard, Robert FitzRichard, Adelize and Rohese. He died on March 10th, 1137.1 -
