Anna was born on June 8th, 1596.1   Anna's father was Ludwig Fischer and her mother was Anna Hummel. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Johannis, Ludwig, Moses, Margarethe, Katharina, Margarethe and Agnes.  She was the third oldest of the eight children.1
