Roger was born about 1171 in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.1 Roger's father was John Fitz Richard and his mother was Alice Fitz Richard. His paternal grandparents were Richard Fitz Eustace and Albredon\Aubrey De Lisours; his maternal grandparents were Roger Fitz Richard and Alice De Vere. He was an only child. He died in 1212 in Pontefract, England.1 -
