Joseph Chapman 
Joseph was born on June 14th, 1740 in Frederick County, Virginia, USA.1 Joseph's father was Giles Chapman and his mother was Sarah Jackson. His paternal grandfather was Giles Chapman; his maternal grandparents were Marmaduke Jackson and Elizabeth Anderson. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, William, Giles, Elizabeth, Rachel and Sarah. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 80 in 1820 in Newberry District, South Carolina, USA.1 -
