Samuel Hugh Caulkins 
Samuel Hugh was born in October 1663 in Norwich, New London, Connecticut.1 Samuel Hugh's father was John Caulkins and his mother was Sarah Royce. His paternal grandparents were Hugh Caulkins and Ann Eaton; his maternal grandfather was Robert Royce. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Hugh, JohnJr., David, Sarah, Mary, Elizabeth and Ann. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 92 on December 25th, 1755 in Hebron, Tolland, Connecticutt.1 -
