Maud of was born in 1072 in Huntingdon, Northumberland, England.  Maud of's father was II Waltheof and her mother was Judith of Lens.  Her paternal grandfather was Siguard Siward Bjornsson and her paternal grandmother is Aelfeda Malet; her maternal grandparents were Lambert of Lens and Adelaide De Normandy. She had a brother and a sister, named Uchtred of and Judith Alice.  She was the oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 59 on April 23rd, 1131 in Scotland.  She was buried in 1131 in Scone, Perthshire, Scotland.

‌Maud of and Simon De were married in a religious ceremony in 1090 in Huntington, Northumberland, England.  They had a son and a daughter, named Simon De and Maud De.


Maud of's second family with David I Dunkeld

‌Maud of and David I were married in a religious ceremony in 1113.  They had two sons named Henry of and Malcolm.
