Ann Holyoke 
Ann was born in 1625 in Tamworth, Staffordshire, England. Ann's father was Edward Holyoke and her mother was Prudence Stockton. Her paternal grandparents were John Holliocke and Elizabeth Stokes; her maternal grandparents were John Stockton and Susanna Whittingham. She was an only child. She died at the age of 40 in September 1665 in Salem Village, Essex, MA.General Notes
